is very important to us. We understand that there may be times when
you need to return something you purchased at one of our stores,
so we've made our return policies hassle-free. Simply go to the customer
service desk at any Blain's Farm & Fleet
store for assistance with your return.
Please be sure to keep your sales receipt for all refunds and exchanges.
Here are some general guidelines that will help you with your return:
- You may return or exchange merchandise, except gift cards and
automotive services, within 60 days with your original cash register
receipt.
- Your merchandise must be in new, resalable condition and include
all original packaging, tags and instructions.
- Refund payment will be in the same form used to make the original
purchase if you paid by credit, debit, gift card or merchandise
credit. if you paid by cash or check, you will receive a credit
slip redeemable for cash or merchandise, although check purchases
require a 10 business day waiting period for cash refunds.
- You may need to show proper identification prior to processing
your refund request.
- All special order merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
- Before replacing or refunding an outdoor power equipment purchase,
we reserve the right to first try to repair or adjust it according
to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Blain's Farm & Fleet reserves the right to refuse any refund
request at any time, for any reason, or to offer an in-store credit
in lieu of a cash refund.
